Definitely not as impressive as all the other before/afters out there, but I thought I’d share my progress.
The biggest differences are in my thighs and boobs, both of which I’m really happy about. I ran more, did squats, and maintained a caloric deficit.
July: ~120 lbs, 27” waist
October: 113 lbs 25” waist
